How do I prepare for my Consult Call?
We’ll ask you for some very brief information on the booking form below. That will be enough to get the conversations started. But to really make the most of the session, you might want to follow-up by replying to your booking confirmation email with some additional details on what you’re looking for in your website, or any specific questions you’d like answering in the call. We’ll have a read through that before the session begins. You could also take a look over our Web Design page, which might help to spark some thoughts and questions.
What should I expect from the call?
This will be a one-to-one voice call with an actual human (no robots, promise). Before the call, we will look over any information you’ve provided so that we can be ready to answer. We will listen to your needs, ask questions, and make suggestions. We will absolutely not pressure you to make any decisions.
What will not happen during the Consult Call?
You will not be put on hold, asked to navigate options (we’ll call you) or be pressured to but something. You will not be given support on any existing website. This call is simply a chat about your author website needs.
